Biography

Served as: Associate, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, New York, NY (2008-2013); Attorney (2013-2017), Senior Counsel (2017-2019), and Special Counsel (2019-2020) in International office of IRS Office of Chief Counsel; Managing Director at KPMG Washington National Tax (2020-2021); Senior Attorney Advisor at The Tax Law Center at NYU Law (2021-2023); and Attorney in Procedure & Administration office of IRS Office of Chief Counsel (2023-2024). Member of New York State Bar Association Tax Section Executive Committee (2022).
